Rosa sits down outside her front door for a relaxing afternoon of reading, only to discover the busy street is too disturbing.  

Dogs bark, horns honk, and the neighborhood kids run amok. Rosa quickly remedies the problem and settles back to read as cats purr, motors run and kids tiptoe.
